At The Dad Gang, our mission is to celebrate, empower, and connect fathers around the world. We exist to create a brotherhood where dads can find real community, emotional support, and practical tools to thrive in fatherhood.

Whether you’re a first-time dad, co-parent, stepdad, or navigating a unique family journey, The Dad Gang is here for you. We believe fatherhood means being protectors, nurturers, and advocates, while also embracing vulnerability, growth, and joy—together.

We recognize both the joys and challenges of being a dad, and we’re committed to providing safe and inclusive spaces where fathers can grow—whether it’s through health and wellness, parenting education, or simply sharing lived experiences. By challenging outdated stereotypes and highlighting the truth of active, present fatherhood, we’re building a culture of love, confidence, and pride that strengthens families and communities.

Them Streets

Since our first march in 2018 the March of Dads has become one of our most anticipated events. This public demonstraion not only celebrates fatherhood by being one of the largest meet ups for active black fathers in the nation but also creates a safe space for local dads to connect and build community while tackling the misconception that most black dads are absent.
